Early Achievements

Free Primary Education (FPE): Introduced in 2003, this brought millions of children back to school and remains one of the coalition’s most lasting legacies.

Economic Revival: After years of stagnation, Kenya’s economy began to grow rapidly, and tax collection was significantly improved.

Democratic Space: There was a marked increase in freedom of the press and freedom of speech compared to the Moi era.
